The Aesthetic Consultant had the privilege of being hired as the event planner for the UK launch of Thermage FLX. Solta Medical is a leading global aesthetic manufacturer and is known for devices such as Thermage, Fraxel, and Clear & Brilliant. After a hiatus in the UK, Solta Medical wanted to introduce their latest device, Thermage FLX to a hand-selected group of doctors and surgeons prior to the official 2020 launch.
Taking into consideration the brief, The Aesthetic Consultant compiled a list of key industry names and approached potential guests with a view to inviting them to a VIP launch. At the same time a list of venues that suited the brief ( an informal workshop followed by private dining) was compiled, quotes obtained and the shortlist sent to the client so a decision could be made. Working quickly against a strict deadline and budget, everything from the venue, menus, flowers, marketing materials, print and digital invitations and even a running order was sourced and sent to the client for approval before being arranged.
The Aesthetic Consultant ensured that the guest list contained key industry names known for their expertise, experience and gravitas and used their own influence in the aesthetics arena to ensure guests would attend. Once everything was in place ready for the event at The Mandarin Oriental, The Aesthetic Consultant worked with the team from Solta at the launch and ensured the evening was a great success.
